A family vineyard in eastern Mazowsze, Poland. We grow vines, make wine and build technology for Polish winemakers.
Winnica Pustkowie is a family project that started as a dream and today is a place where we combine a passion for wine with modern technology. Our vineyard is a few kilometres southwest of Siedlce, in Wołyńce-Kolonia.
Since the first plantings in 2021, the vineyard has grown to over 853 vines across several parcels. We grow resistant hybrids suited to our climate — Solaris, Bianca, Cabernet Cortis, Muscaris, Souvignier Gris — plus the Polish variety Jutrzenka.
We farm naturally — nettle, horsetail, garlic, zeolite and biological preparations instead of synthetic chemicals. In the 2025 season: 18 treatments, 14 of which were plant-based and biological. We had virtually no mildew or rot problems — probably thanks to this approach.
We welcome visitors by appointment. We'd love to show you the vineyard and share our story.
